We believe that all children deserve quality dental care. It is so important that children start going to the dentist at an early age so that they learn proper brushing and flossing techniques, they become familiar with the dental equipment, and they start out on the right path toward good oral health. At Tatum Pediatric Dentistry, we strive to remove financial barriers so that our parents can afford to give their children access to exceptional care. We offer a variety of payment options, accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. We also accept flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and CareCredit℠.
If your chid requires treatment after his or her exam (fillings, etc.), we will work with you to come up with a payment plan that works with your family’s budget.
CareCredit℠ Flexible Financing
We offer financing through CareCredit℠ for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works well for you and your family. CareCredit also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate. It can be used by all of your children for ongoing treatment without the need to reapply, too!
We are an insurance-friendly office and are in-network with most PPO providers. Please bring your insurance information with you to your child’s first visit. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Call us about your plan so we can maximize your benefits!
If we’re not currently on your list of preferred providers, we’ll file your claims electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you. It is our goal to help you receive your full insurance benefits.
We are a preferred provider with the AHCCCS. If you would like us to be your child’s “main dentist,” give us a call, and we can make sure Dr. Guymon is the dentist assigned to your child through the program.
